Sourced with Purpose

Our matcha comes from carefully selected tea gardens in Uji, Kyoto—the birthplace of Japanese tea ceremony. We work directly with multigenerational tea farmers who have perfected their craft over centuries.

The leaves are shade-grown for 3-4 weeks before harvest, stone-ground immediately after picking, and nitrogen-sealed to preserve their vibrant color and delicate flavor. This careful process ensures every cup delivers the full ceremonial experience.
