Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Custom Orders & Subscriptions

• Gift sets and custom orders may require 1-2 additional business days for processing
• Subscription orders are processed automatically on your scheduled delivery date
• Bulk orders (5+ items) may require additional processing time

Your matcha is carefully packaged to preserve freshness and quality during transit. We use:

Tracking Your Order

International Shipping

Customs & Duties

Restricted Countries

We currently do not ship to the following regions due to shipping restrictions or import regulations:

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery. If you're not available to receive your package: 配送が失敗した場合、配送業者は通常通知を残し、再配送を試みます。パッケージを受け取れない場合：

Lost or Damaged Packages
